Arizona Women in Tune takes tremendous pride in unveiling our season devoted to celebrating the strength and beauty in each and every one of us through the joys of music. Please join us for our 16th season of CELEBRATION!

"Our talented choir has inspired many in our community through song and friendship, “ shares Artistic Director Kimilee McCreary. “ Together we’ve shared our comforts and joys, honored our humanity and collectively encouraged our dreams. This season, we invite you to join us as we celebrate the things we most value in our lives, expressed through music."

The 2008/2009 season line-up is as follows:

Celebrating Shalom, Comfort and Joy

The winter season is a time for reflection and renewal. Shalom is a Hebrew word used as both a greeting and a farewell, a perfect word to describe the duality of the season. Our stunning program will greet the coming year with anthems and lullabies that call for peace in our troubled world. Join us as we look to tomorrow with hope on Friday & Saturday, December 12 & 13, 2008 at 7:30 pm.

Celebrating Sisters, Standing In the Storm

Our traditional concert, in recognition of Women’s History Month, will be an empowering evening, articulated through songs that tell the stories of women and their struggles for peace, family, equality and purpose. Please join us on Friday & Saturday, March 20 & 21, 2009 at 7:30 pm

Celebrating Women, Dreams & Echoes

As the season draws to a close, we will offer audiences an exclusive preview of music from our upcoming CD, Dreams and Echoes, a selection of the best and most beautiful pieces our choir has performed over the years. Please join us as we pay tribute to our faithful and loyal supporters on Friday & Saturday, June 12 & 13, 2009 at 7:30 pm.

All concerts during our 2008/2009 season will be held at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral at 100 W Roosevelt in Central Phoenix. We look forward to sharing our journey with you.

Rehearsals are every Thursday, 6:45-9:15pm.
